He will explain how to buy, prepare and cook these amazing creatures.. 

Main course is a white fish from the Irish Sea, always wild.

Oyster Tasting

Experience 6 different oysters from all over the coast of Ireland as Dec talks you through their unique characteristics and features.


Learn how they are grown and how to open oysters, you can even buy yourself an Oyster knife!


All accompanied by some Guinness or a crisp white wine.
